I’m so happy to finally be able to share the first part of a campaign I shot in San Diego and Los Angeles for the technology company Lumen. The shoot involved a 120 feet condor hovering over downtown LA, Smart Lamp Posts in San Diego, self-parking cars among many other futuristic technologies.
Perhaps the thing I enjoy most about being a photographer is that it provides opportunities to learn about things you would have encountered otherwise. I spent a couple of days photographing the people behind the on-farm soil laboratory Hudson Carbon in Upstate New York for their carbon offset marketplace.
I was commissioned to capture the people who make the on-farm soil laboratory Hudson Carbon in Upstate New York. I spent a couple of days photographing and learning everything there is about carbon offset and CBD.
The next generation of quantic computers is being developed inside an architectural classic designed by Architect Eero Saarinen. It’s a place where the 1950s meet 2050 or at least 2025. Design bible Disegno sent me to IBM’s Q Lab an hour outside New York to capture the people and technology building the future.
Ever wondered who the people that do maintenance on your private jet are? No? Well, in case you would ever be in a situation where A: you owned a private jet B: Needed to refuel, service or do any kind of maintenance to it, these are the guys that will make that happen.
I had the opportunity thanks to the fine people at MSL/Publicis London to go on a 10-day tour across the UK and US to spend some time and capture the work of these guys (it’s mostly men). Below is a small selection, more images can be found here.
Quick update, I’ve collected a few of my most recent personal projects on a new website. It’s a mix of collaborative and personal work that lives somewhere between Photography/Art/Technology.
